How to clean our Teeth

I am learning to create a procedure of how to clean my teeth.  How to Clean our  Teeth

Goal:

To stop rotten teeth. Keep my breath fresh.

Materials:

  Floser

Toothbrush

Toothpaste

Steps:

1.Get your Toothbrush and wet it

2.Put on the Toothpaste and start to brush your Teeth

3. Brush your top  teeth, your bottom teeth and the sides

4. Floss your teeth with the Floser.

Conclusion

Cheek your teeth are clean, sweet and food free.

Making a Bed

   Making your Bed

Goal;

To have a tidy bed

To have a clean sheets.

To have a good night’s sleep

Materials;

Sheets

pillow

blankets

Mattress

Zip cover

Steps

1. put your sheet on your bed      

2 put your blanket your bed

3.Put the pillow case on the pillow

3 put on your pillow at the head of your bed

4 place you zip up blanket on your bed

Conclusion:

I had a good night’s sleep ready for action the next day.

Make your bed
